Within Kenya: Orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya will be delivered within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation, subject to stock availability and logistical considerations. East Africa: Orders within East Africa (outside Kenya) will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the time of order confirmation, depending on the destination and local customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Charges: Nairobi: Shipping cost within Nairobi depends on the distance and size of the parcel, which may be delivered via a rider or cab. Kenya: Shipping charges for deliveries within Kenya are determined based on the weight and dimensions of the package. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout. East Africa: Shipping fees for deliveries to East African countries will be calculated based on the destination and package specifications. Customers will be informed of the shipping charges during the checkout process.
Order Processing and Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, our team will process it promptly, subject to product availability. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with details of your order, including the estimated delivery time.

(Wellsfargo, G4s, or other local courier services) For deliveries outside Nairobi and Kenya, we work closely with international shipping partners to facilitate smooth customs clearance and delivery to your location.
